One2One Professional Coaching Ltd launched its coaching practice early in 2003 and provides personal and executive coaching services. Usha Nair, founder and qualified coach completed her coaching accreditation with The Coaching Academy, Europe's Leading Coach Training Organisation.
Usha is also a Certified NLP Practitioner and Time Line Therapist. She uses NLP and Time Line techniques to compliment the coaching practice and help clients with specific issues and concerns with negative emotions, limiting decisions and phobias.
Prior to Coaching, Usha had a successful City career for 20 years working in very competitive and challenging environments. Her career has been focused around the developing and coaching of staff and she brings with her vast experience and skills in this area.
One2One Professional Coaching supports a wide range of clients from private individuals to entrepreneurs and corporates. In addition, Usha is currently working on a number of high profile projects:
- Life Coach for the Coaching Academy's Red Letter Day Experience
- Coach/Mentor for the Coaching Academy assisting students through their coach training programme
- Official Business Coach for women entrepreneurs in East London
- Mentor for the Education Business Partnership working towards motivating and focusing under-achieving children (16 to 19 year old).
Usha is a member of the International Coach Federation and The Coaching Academy UK.

- Coaches always conduct themselves to the highest levels of ethics, integrity, accountability and responsibility
- Treat all clients and potential clients with absolute dignity, confidentiality and respect as free and equal individuals
- Make no claims or implications of outcomes that cannot be demonstrated or guaranteed
- Obtain written permission from any client or potential client before releasing their names as referees
- Respect the absolute rights of the client's confidentiality except as expressly permitted by the client or potential client in writing or as required by law.
